  Ensure your fragrance is in its original, unopened packaging with all cellophane wrapping intact within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring the bottle is well-protected to prevent breakage during transit.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your return and issue your refund.
